Description
I turned this hollowform from a dry piece of Mesquite. I turned the lid from a curly board and the finial from a spalted Hacberry limb. I left left all the wood it’s natural color because it was too pretty to cover up. I hollowed and finished the inside. I also hollowed the inside lid some and cut decorative grooves in it. I finished it with gloss lacquer. The hollowform is 6 1/2″ wide, 8 3/4″ tall overall.
