How I Cook Steak

heck out more recipes here:…. This time I show you my method for grilling steak. This was USDA ribeye. It had a nice amount of marbling or I would have added a dash of meat tenderizer to each side. This just makes sure your steak is tender. I also add a touch of paprika every now and then just for a little extra yum. I also include a trick so you can tell how done they are. If you don’t have a grill, you can achieve a similar result in a very hot cast-iron pan. Seasoned only with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Give it a try! If you do, let me know what you think.
