Arizona Ash River Platter
June 6, 2022
As I was processing bowl blanks from the Arizona Ash I cut 1.5 to 2 inches of the pith out. I then cut those slabs to remove the pith and set them aside to dry. I decided to take two of these halves and make a river platter. That is what this video is about. So come along and watch the process. I finished the piece with gloss lacquer. I will be buffing this with Ack’s Abrasive Paste after it cures and then Ack’s Polish/Restoring Paste. Enjoy. If you have questions that I didn’t answer, feel free to contact me. Thanks for watching.
