How I Smoke Brisket – This one is Wagyu

One of my son’s good friends just came back from working out of the country and asked if I would smoke a brisket if he brought it to me. I told him I’d be happy to. So I decided to video the process. And yes, this is Wagyu beef… the most expensive piece of meat I’ve ever handled. I was hopeful my process would do it justice. And it came out great! I hope you enjoy!
