Mesquite Scraps/Resin – Not a success, but not a failure

I asked to try a resin new to me. It is Pro Marine Table Top Epoxy. While it isn’t specifically designed for casting or turning I wanted to see if it had promise. This was my 1st attempt using this. I had numerous issues, but that was not unexpected. After working on this piece for 3 straight weeks I decided to set this one aside for the time being. I learned a number of things during this process, including how to use it successfully for the needs of the casting turner. Hollowed with my Elbo Tool.
